Arrest warrant against singer Gerardo Ortíz

Jalisco’s district attorney Eduardo Almaguer confirmed that there is an arrest warrant for narcocorrido singer Gerardo Ortíz for glorifying crime.

Almaguer said that the singer could get from one to six months in jail. 

There is also an arrest warrant for the producer of the video "Fuiste Mía" for promoting violence against women and also for the use of public resources.

The mansion where the video was recorded is allegedly linked to drug trafficking.
