Mexico City reports 12 flooded areas after the rain

The emergency services also reported a tree felled in the south.

The Department of Public Security reported 12 flooded areas in the metropolitan area, most of them in the northern and southern districts.

And just to make things worse, even a felled tree was reported in the southern crossing of Luz Saviñón and Mitla. There are no reports of victims.

The Command, Control, Data and Communications Center of Mexico City pointed out that there is a heavy hailstorm over the districts of Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, while Cuajimalpa, Benito Juárez, Álvaro Obregón, Iztacalco, Coyoacán, Tlalpan, Magdalena Contreras, Xochimilco, Cuauhtémoc, Tláhuac, Iztapalapa and Milpa Alta are being pelted by a moderate to strong rain.
