One trapped in collapse in Mexico City

One person remains trapped under a bridge in construction which fell in the area of Cuajimalpa, Mexico City, according to Hiram Almeida Estrada, head of the Department of Public Security.

"Three were trapped and we recovered two which are stable, and we are in the search for another person," expressed Almeida Estrada.

He added that 40 police officers arrived in the area to help in the rescue work along staff from the government of the State of Mexico.

The area is cordoned in order to keep vehicular traffic from causing vibrations in the ground and interfere in the rescue actions.
