The Office of the Attorney of Mexico City (PGJDF) asked Interpol for aid in the arrest of the former head of the Metropolitan Subway System, Enrique Horcasitas, in light of the irregularities detected in the construction of Line 12.

Horcasitas is accused of abusing his power authorizing contracts when the tender process for Line 12 was declared null.

Along Horcasitas, the authorities asked for aid in the arrest of Moisés Guerrero Ponce, head of Construction and Civil Engineering, and Sergio Aguirre, vice-director of Engineering and Technical Support.
