El mandatario mexicano inauguró la Cumbre junto con el Príncipe Heredero de Abu Dhabi y Subcomandante Supremo de las Fuerzas Armadas de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
