No beach escapade for the PAN

the PAN's bench coordinator in San Lázaro, had organized a nice beach getaway for his fellow members of the 63rd Legislature . We're told that the Michoacan native had organized a 3-day vacation , from July 23-25, in an exclusive Playa del Carmen resor t. Of course, everything would be charged to public funds , before all the pay cuts. Many of his colleagues and their families had their suitcases ready. But we're told that someone told Marko this wouldn’t be a good idea to be lavish while austerity plans are on the works, and everything fell apart . Now, the outgoing deputies will have their goodbye party in some events hall in Mexico City on August 1st.

AMLO and the differences between Canada and the U.S.

A very interesting, and perhaps urgent, topic came out yesterday during the meeting between the President-elect, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and the Canadian chancellor, Chrystia Freeland. We're told that both AMLO and Chrystia's team started working coordinately right away. They formed work groups, and López Obrador sat his team with the high-ranking Canadian officials inside his small Roma offices for two hours . The differences during the U.S. delegation visit draw attention. During their visit, Donald Trump's officials and secretaries led by Mike Pompeo didn't sit down on work tables and only had greetings and a letter to deliver to Trump . Will it be that both teams agreed to team up to negotiate with their neighbor?

Morena members don't want no toxic people

We're told that i nside Morena , one of the main endeavors that the national leadership will carry out, along with those closest to the future President, is to rid the party of toxic people before the next administration begins, because they know that thei r detractors and millions of voters are going t o keep an eye on them and the officials in the executive and legislative branches. One of those deemed as toxic is Jorge Castillo Díaz, who is known for being Gabino Cué's financial operator , the former Oaxaca governor, who claims to be close to the incoming administration’s power group. We're told tha t Coco Castillo has been linked to illicit resources deviations in Oaxaca , extortion , and corruption , and is now presented as a political operator in the creation of the new government, he also claims to be close to people who will assume key positions, who allegedly asked him for nominees suggestions to assume positions in the development branch, among other things.

An unexpected move in the Energy Secretariat

, and the incoming Energy Secretary went back to her legislative activities , as we published in Bajo Reserva Exprés yesterday . But don't assume that she only came back to cash in the last months of her salary or her savings fund, no, no way! We're told that Mrs. Rocío went back to San Lázaro because she's still a legal representative of the parliamentary group before the Chamber of Deputies, banks, and audit offices. They say that she isn't forced to do the deliver-reception of the offices that Morena occupied in the B building inside the Legislative Palace. Those who think that she only went back for the money are wrong , she simply went back to clarify everything and to leave everything in order.
