Journalist reported missing in Mexico City

News organization Capital Media reported the disappearance of journalist Alejandro Envila Fisher on the way to work this morning, and so far he has not been found.

Capital Media added on Twitter that the authorities in Mexico City are investigating the incident.

"@CNSeguridadmx authorities are already aware of the case of Alejandro Envila and work in coordination with the Government of the city," they added on Twitter.

Capital Media has invoked the protocol for the protection of journalists before the city authorities.

In comments to El Universal, the Office of the Attorney General of Mexico City confirmed the investigations and the "intense" work with the relatives of Envila.
