Wi-Fi service at home fails 71% of the time in Mexico, the 2015 Arris Consumer Entertainment Index revealed.

The analysis found that 7% of Mexican users always have problems when using Wi-Fi, the fifth country with the worst service after Turkey, India, Chile and Argentina.

In addition, 9% of Mexicans said they had problems most of the time when trying to connect through WiFi, while 12% faced setbacks half of the time and 43% said they occasionally had problems. Only 29% said they never had problems while using Wi-Fi.

The survey also revealed that 30% of Mexicans use a Wi-Fi extender to improve the signal.

Arris surveyed 19,000 people in 19 countries for the study.
