The attorney general of the State of Guerrero, Miguel Ángel Godínez Muñoz, confirmed the discovery of seven clandestine graves with 10 bodies inside in the Olímpica neighborhood south of Acapulco.

The excavations will continue until the light conditions allow them, expressed Godínez.

According to preliminary information, the bodies were found in a rough area. Seven men and three women have been discovered.

The gruesome discovery took place on Sunday, a few minutes away from the "El Voladero" park in Acapulco, after an anonymous call reported the graves to the authorities.

Godínez said that the authorities are open to the possibility of finding more bodies in the area.
