The National Coordination of Civil Protection reported 402 people affected after the tornado that touched down in the city of Acuña, Coahuila.

Through a statement, the Interior Ministry reported that 3,200 pantries, 6,402 blankets, 6,402 mattresses, personal hygiene kits, and bottled water have been distributed among the population. 

The tornado also damaged about 800 homes, affecting some 4,000 residents. Some of the houses were reduced to mounds of cinderblock and rubble, making the search of people more difficult.
