Who said you couldn't ski in Mexico? Unlike classic snow locations such as Canada and the US, Arteaga, Coahuila, it's possible to ski throughout the whole year: an artificial ice track, although the town is covered in snow during this season.

The ski center is called Monterreal Woods (Bosques de Monterreal) and its the only of its kind in Mexico; it's been called the “Mexican Switzerland”.

The complex is divided into three ice tracks and has a team of teachers to teach you and your family to ski.

When the snowfalls are intense, you can practice snowboard.

They also offer more activities, such as horse riding through the mountains, motorcycle and bicycle rides.

The park has wood cabins. Each one has a fireplace, large windows, jacuzzi, and sauna.

The park is 18 kilometers away from Saltillo.

The prices are MXN $630 for an hour of ski lessons. The cabins for two people start from MXN $4,500.
