The group of fire experts appointed by the Attorney General's Office confirmed that at least 17 bodies were burned in the landfill of Cocula.
Ricardo Damián Torres, representative of the group of experts, said that evidence of the third investigation indicates that a controlled fire took place in the landfill of Cocula, where members of Guerreros Unidos cartel said they burned the Ayotzinapa students.
He said that more tests will be conducted to determine whether it would have been possible to burn all 43 students who disappeared in Iguala on September 26, 2014.
