Presumed masterminds of Tierra Blanca case arrested

After the arrest of a criminal leader in Tierra Blanca, Veracruz, Governor Javier Duarte expressed that his group could be related to the disappearance of a group of youngsters on January 11.

“It is presumed that the criminal group to which the detainees belong is responsible for the disappearance of the youngsters in Tierra Blanca," wrote the Governor on Twitter.

Federal Police officers arrested today Francisco Navarrete Serna, identified as the local head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in Tierra Blanca.
