Two people were injured after the collapse of a portion of the stairs leading to the Nativitas station of the subway system of Mexico City, in the last of a series of incidents plaguing it.

Social network users published images of the collapse on Route Two, which goes from the Cuatro Caminos station to Taxqueña.

Police and paramedics arrived in the area to take care of the wounded and all services have been suspended in that route.

The Collective Transportation System of Mexico City reported on its Twitter account the suspension of the service in the Nativitas station "due to maneuvers" before finally reporting the stairs collapse.
