It's been almost a year since the disappearance of the students.

The Chamber of Representatives approved the creation of a Special Commission to follow up on the results of the Ayotzinapa report submitted by the Interdisciplinary Group of Independent Experts (GIEI) of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

The commission will be headed by María de Guadalupe Murría, of the National Action Party.

At a press conference, the chairman of the Board of Policy Coordination, César Camacho Quiroz, informed about the agreement for the integration of the eight-member commission.

He added that they will carry out a thorough investigation on the case.
