Héctor Abad will present his work in Mexico

Héctor Abad Faciolince will present his work in Mexico establishing a dialogue with the Mexican novelist Jorge Volpi.

The lecture will revolve around Oblivion: A Memoir and his novel The Farm and it will be moderated by Jorge Volpi.

In Oblivion: A Memoir, the writer recounts memories, relationships, and experiences with his father Héctor Abad Gómez, who was assassinated in 1987. The Farm is a story about a property hidden in the mountains of Antioquia.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6, at the Carlos Chávez Hall, at the University Cultural Center of the UNAM, at 4:30 p.m.
