Elderly woman goes on rant against Latina for speaking Spanish in 'America'

An elderly woman recently confronted a Latino family for speaking Spanish at a restaurant in Los Angeles, California. The elderly woman cried "learn English or get out of America."

The Latino woman's son, Carlos Steven Vásquez, posted the video on Facebook, which became viral in a couple of hours.  

"So today at IHOP a white lady stepped in and insulted my mother for speaking Spanish. She told my mom to learn English Or get out of America. My mom does speak English with an accent though! I stepped in an didn't let her do that. Please share!! This will not stop unless we step in. Latinos tenemos que hablar contra el RACISMO!" Vásquez wrote on Facebook. 

Vásquez's mother arrived in the U.S. from El Salvador in 1985.
