Days ago, internet users shared three videos on social networks in which two pet store employees are seen mistreating animals; the company Maskota filed a complaint and fired the two employees.

Owner and founder of Maskota, Murry Tawil said that those responsible for abuse are still at large and added that they are only charged with breach of trust and damage to property because animal abuse is not criminalized in Pachuca, Hidalgo.

In an interview with El Universal TV, he revealed that on Tuesday, when the store was closing, one of those involved was beaten by people who had already seen the videos, so, surely, he told his accomplice and both escaped.
