Brazilian soccer star Ronaldinho Gaucho announced the termination of his contract with Querétaro in a letter published in his Facebook account.

Ronaldinho, one of the glories of Brazilian soccer, arrived in September 2014 amid great expectations, but did not achieve a championship for Gallos despite having reached the finals of the Clausura tournament against Santos Laguna.

"I would like to thank the entire Mexican nation for every day which I lived with such special people. You will be forever in my heart," expressed Ronaldinho in his letter, in which he added that on Friday night his contract will be terminated.

Ten days ago, a representative of the club owners said that the idea was to have one-year contract for the players, but coach Manuel Vucetich expressed that he wanted the Brazilian out of the team because he wanted players to be on the rise and not in decline.

Dinho added that he will be in Mexico personally in July, to say goodbye to all.
