Mexican singer Gloria Trevi premiered today her new single, "Como yo te Amo," a new version of the classic by Manuel Alejandro and a preview of her forthcoming album, "El Amor".

Produced by award-winning producer Humberto Gatica, who has worked with La Ley, Celine Dion and Michael Jackson, the song was popularized by Spanish singers Raphael and Rocío Jurado in the eighties.

With the premiere of the song, the singer also presented its video clip, recorded in Los Angeles and in which you can see Trevi accompanied by an orchestra and dressed in a tuxedo.

With "El Amor," the singer from Monterrey will present themes talking about "romantic and harrowing stories," according a statement by her representatives.

This new album will be available on August 21, when Trevi will begin her "El Amor" world tour in the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.

The next day, she will perform in San José and on the 23 in Modesto.

Then, she will sing in McAllen on September 11, in Laredo on the 12, Houston on the 18 and Dallas on the 19.

Her last three concerts of the year will be in Indio, on September 25, Phoenix on November 6 and El Paso on the 7.
